Fun, Fitness, and Friendship! We have designed our program to offer your body, mind and spirit the adequate amount of time to shift gears, set new goals and begin to see tangible change. The program will include group fitness opportunities both during the day as well as evening meeting times. In addition to running and boot camp style/interval training, we will incorporate yoga, stretching, and dynamic warm up exercises.
Our program is geared towards women who might not be completely happy with where they are currently standing in their body, mind, spirit, and/or life circumstances. Women who are stressed, depleted, and over-extended...That would be ALL of us, right?! This is for everyone from experienced runners, running novices or for those who have never run before. We are a group of like-minded women who come from all walks of life seeking the support and encouragement to empower themselves and push the limits of their comfort zone..."Life begins outside your comfort zone!"

There are three simple steps to becoming a member of Power to the she:
1. Become a registered member of USA Track & Field.
2. Complete and submit online registration Form
3. Pay Online
Registration must be completed by SUNDAY JUNE 29th.

I know that running or competing in cross country, road running and track and field events are potentially hazardous activities. I should not enter and participate in club activities unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide to any decision of a club official relative to my ability to safely complete. I assume all the risks associated with cross country running, road racing, and track and field including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heat and/or humidity, the conditions of the road and traffic on the course, all such risks are known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your acceptance of my application for membership; I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on behalf, waive and release Nutmeg Striders LLC, Nutmeg Striders and Power to the She, and all sponsors and their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind rising out of my participating in club carelessness activities, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I understand that the following are specifically, but not exclusively excluded from the Nutmeg Strider events: roller skates, or roller blades, animals, radio headsets, or other portable sound systems.
